Walton Waves Pool Memberships

RULES AND REGULATIONS 

1. Membership Fee is:

    $325.00 per family (immediate family only) OR $250.00 for family weekends only

     OR $250.00 for single person membership

     $425.00 - Pool membership during the summer & then lap swim the remainder of the year.

     $550.00 - Swim and Tennis membership summer only

     $600.00- Swim Summer only and Tennis membership year round

     $700.00 – Pool membership (summer), lap swim (yearly) & tennis (yearly)

2. Summer Membership runs from Memorial Day - Labor Day (Summer Only)

3. Summer Membership entitles you to use the pool during the following hours of operation:

            Monday - Friday           12:00- 5:00pm

            Saturday                       12:00 - 6:00pm

            Sunday                         1:00 - 6:00pm

    *When there is a home swim meet (3) the pool will close @ 3:30pm

    *When school starts back the pool will be open:

            Monday – Friday            4 - 6:00pm

            Saturday                       1:00 - 6:00pm

            Sunday                         1:00 - 5:00pm

    *On Holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day the  pool will stay open till 6:00pm

4. There will be a lifeguard on duty during pool membership hours.

5. Children 9 yrs. of age or older are allowed to use the pool without their parents.

    Children 8 yrs. and younger  must be accompanied by a suit wearing guardian at least 16 yrs. or older.

6. 10 min. before each hour there will be a 10 min. Adult Swim (18 yrs. or older).

     Kids 3 yrs and younger are allowed to enter the pool with an adult during Adult Swim.

7. Disciplinary escalation procedure is as follows:

            (1) Lifegurard warning

            (2) Offender sits out 15 minutes

            (3) Offender sent home

            (4) Pool officer determines fines/penalty assessment

8. If you have any concerns please speak with the lifeguard, or leave a note for Pool Manager.

9. Refreshments are allowed on the pool deck with NO GLASS containers allowed. Place all trash in

             receptacles. Ants are not fun. No crumbs mean no ants.

            *Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase - see guard on duty.

10. If you leave items at the pool, please check the blue lost and found bucket located in the lobby.

     Items  will be donated to charity monthly.

 11. Children who are not potty trained MUST wear little swimmers disposable rubber Swim pants in the water.

            Dispose of all used diapers/swim pants in the trash can. If your child has an accident in the pool

            please tell the lifeguard ASAP.

12. POOL RULES:

            * No running on pool deck or in the pool house

            * No horseplay in/out of the water (no chicken fights, no pushing, no dunking, etc.)

            * No popping with towels

            * No glass containers

            * NO DIVING, NO FLIPS, and NO CARTWHEELS into the pool

            * If you need first aid care please see lifeguard

            * If you can not swim by yourself you can not swim in the big pool without an adult, unless you

                         have armies or a swim vest.

            * If it is not yours, DO NOT TOUCH.

            * Floats are allowed.

13. All members must sign in each day and have your membership cards with you. Give guest passes to

            guard. Included with Membership are 8 guest passes, after which the guest fee is $5.00 / guest.

14. There may be pool parties during the hours of normal pool operation - members may still swim normal hours. 

15. Lane ropes will be left up for lap swimming, please do not lean on them. Leave lanes marked off for

            those who want to swim laps - do not swim in them if people are swimming laps.
