When Printing the Registration Form,
DO NOT USE the Print Document Buttons!!

The Registration is 2 pages. To correct issues in Firefox/ Opera, please do the following;
You will need to go to File, Print Preview. When in Preview Mode, at the top of the screen, next to Scale, you might see "shrink to fit". If you do, change this to "100%", then click print.
  If it shows "100%" already, no change needs to be made.
